1- Join social setting with solitary view point
2- View your mind’s screen and its working
3- Thought fishing to f ish out the criteria of skipping some posts and paying attention to some posts
4- Getting familiar with one’s own inner criteria
Gain the control over the speed with which you operate. Have the ability to slow down whenever you want…even to the point of total stillness…or speed up if you choose to do so. Have control on your own speed.
EXERCISE # 1: Watch pace of any natural phenomenon.
EXERCISE # 2: Watch your own mental speed. Practise changing it.
EXERCISE # 3: Watch Eckhart Tolle on YouTube. Search terms like ‘Stillness’, ‘silence’, ‘slow down’ etc.
EXERCISE # 4: Create your own exercise to practise speed changes.
